25TH St TAP ROOM BARTENDER needed 3-4shifts / per week …Evening shifts only****
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Perform, Serving/bartending experience: minimum 1year of experience in a high volume establishment.
Knowledge of wine and spirits a must.
A passion for food and hospitality
Must be available to work both weekends & holidays.
Must be able to learn the menu and wine list and be comfortable with the related terminology
POS system experience….Ability to describe and suggest menu features.
Overseeing table maintenance.
Maintaining the flow of service throughout the dining room.
Performs any necessary pre-shift side work. *
Observe all safety procedures. Maintain an organized and clean work area at all times. Sets up or restocks his or her work area, equipment, utensils… Keeps the work area clean throughout the shift.
The bartender must have food handling/ Bartending license.
Chef’s two-three years work experience and have food handling certificate, Abel, to prepare and execute food to order in an open kitchen, Ther are incentives for good Chaffee who have passion and can come up with his or her menus and maybe a partnership with owner food sales.
