We are a fancy and cozy bakery cafe at Chicago University Village/Little Italy/Illinois Medical District area.

Below is the job responsibilities:

1) High proficiency in Espresso machine operation.
2) Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
3) Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
4) Clean service or seating areas.
5) Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
6) Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
7) Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.
8) Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.
9) Receive and process customer payments.
10) Serve prepared foods, such as breakfast sandwich, donut, pastry and other baked goods.
11) Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.
12) Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.
13) Take out garbage.
14) Weigh, grind, or pack coffee beans for customers.
15) Wrap, label, or date food items for sale.
