District Saigon**Hiring chef / line cook / Server (astoria)

District Saigon is hiring and we are looking for the right candidate to join the team! We are located in Astoria serving Vietnamese cuisine. We take pride in our craft cocktails, beer, and wine. Must be self-motivated, hospitable, and team oriented.

We are looking for experienced servers to join our close knit front of house team. We are looking for people who match our energetic, professional and most importantly someone who can provide genuine hospitality.

Chef:

-must be organized with ordering systems, scheduling, hiring/training/firing, time management, menu planning, event planning, etc.
-must understand NYC Dept of Health rules and regulations and enforce them with all staff.

-we are looking for someone who enjoys cooking simple food, that understands that a beautiful ingredient does not need much to shine, that roasting a vegetable properly takes skill, someone that will strive for perfection with all food that leaves the kitchn and never cut corners.

-must be a team player. We are not interested in ego, we want hard workers who understand how challenging this job is and will always go the extra mile to make sure things are being done right.
-must be able to work nights and weekends.

Line cook: Full time / Part time
Motivated and responsible candidate with positive attitude are welcome.
Experience is a plus but not required. We will train
