*SUSHI chef
Great Opportunity for a sushi chef with 2 yrs or more of experience and desire to learn. Opportunity for growth.
*SERVER must have at least 2 years experience
Japanese cuisine and Sake knowledge is preferred
Sushi knowledge is preferred
Sake and wine knowledge is also preferred.
New York city experience preferred.
