We are currently hiring for a full time F&B worker with bartending experience.
If hired you will be trained & scheduled in several different positions (including but not limited to)
Room Service Attendant $10 per hour + Tips
Bartender $10 per hour + Tips
Restaurant/Lounge Server $10 per hour + Tips
Buffet Attendant $15 per hour
Banquet Server/Houseman $15 per hour
The primary function of this position is to provide exceptional customer service and a fine dining experience by serving food and beverage to our guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service.
Trained in compliance with local Board of Health rules and regulations.
Stock and maintain all items related to shift checklists.
Replace linens and set tables.
Meet and greet all guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Suggest and provide information on menu items.
Take guest food and/or beverage orders, and input in the point-of-sale system in the approved time slot as directed by immediate supervisor.
Prepare food and beverage for service to hotel guests.
Present food and beverage according to established health and presentation standards.
Memorize menu items and daily specials in order to answer questions and make recommendations.
Clean and restock all work areas as instructed.
Ensure tables are properly set before service.
Complete a weekly tip reporting form for accounting.
Attend mandatory meetings and hotel functions.
Comply with all company standards and policies, as established in the employee handbook.
Other duties as required.
Education and/or Experience
A High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred or 2 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required.
The ability to: listen, read, write, and speak, both clearly, and effectively ensures that the lines of communication are open between the Associates and guests at the hotel; and is absolutely essential. Customer service is our priority, so it is imperative that all Associates communicate to the best of their ability.
The ability to perform basic mathematical functions: adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; along with the ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and interpret bar graphs.
In this position you will need to be safe serve certified. We will need a copy of your Food Handlers and Sanitation Certificates. TIPS Certified.

All Associates are responsible for following the Field Hotel Associates’ safety policies and procedures.
Work Environment and Reasoning Ability
The ability to apply the use of common sense and understanding in order to carry out instructions, whether in written, oral or diagram form. The ability to work in close proximity with others comfortably, while multitasking in a fast paced environment. Conflict resolution skills.
Appearance and Performance Expectations
All Associates are responsible for following the Field Hotel Associates’ standards of appearance, which is a major part of all performance appraisals. Expectations of performance will be explained and assessed by your department head.
While performing the duties of this job, Associates may need to lift items up to 50 lbs. and spend a length of time on their feet.
