A dedication to delicious coffee and neighborly service have brought us a long way and we are currently seeking a manager to manage our Wallingford location. If running an amazing team at a great location filled with awesome regulars in a fast paced atmosphere seems like a fit, keep reading.
This position includes tipped barista shifts as well as the following:
-Managing staff. including scheduling, coverage , meeting and disciplinary action
-Ordering and managing inventory ranging from coffee, pastries, food and durables.
-Working with -current systems, creating new systems and problem solving to make day to day operations run smoother.
-Come up with creative ideas to drive sales including promotions, outreach and events.
-Working with management from the other locations to handle tasks such as bank deposits and chain wide system implementation.
-Achieving weekly goals alongside the management team.
At least 2 years of previous coffee management is a MUST HAVE for this position. Having your own transportation would be incredibly useful. Specialty coffee knowledge is a plus!
