We are located in Newton Center, MA. We are looking for a full time Head Chef as we re-brand and upgrade the food menu. We are looking for someone who is a recent graduate from a culinary school who is looking for a chance to create a menu working directly with the owner on a new concept. The Head Chef will also be responsible for the kitchen staff and will have the chance to hire and build staffing from the start. The Head Chef is expected to be creative while keeping a cost perspective when it comes to both food cost and labor costs.

Requirements:

-Graduate from a culinary school

-Eager to develop a new concept as we re-brand

-Creative perspective is a must

-Strong leadership skills

-Strong communication skills

-Ability to have a cost perspective or willingness to learn cost analysis

Projected Salary:

$42,000 – $50,000 depending on skill and experience
