Louis’ Restaurant, a long-time San Francisco institution, is looking for an experienced line cook. Although we are a small establishment (51 seats) we get extremely busy, especially on weekends. We are located at the west end of the city right up the street from the Cliff House.
Understanding and speaking English is a must. We are looking for a hard-working, level-headed short order line cook with a positive attitude to help in our kitchen. Punctuality and reliability are a must. This position is available immediately, we are looking to start training within the week.
Job description includes –
Cooking on the line
Starting pay is $18 per hour.
Free meal before work and during paid meal break.
One week paid vacation after one year.
Medical benefits (Kaiser) offered after six months for all full time employees.
Schedule to be determined. Extra shifts sometimes needed. Flexibility is important.
