Ellerbe Fine Foods currently seeks experienced Line Cooks looking to join an energetic, fast paced, boutique fine dining restaurant. We are seeking polished professionals with attention to detail.
Line Cook Responsibilities:
Prepping and maintaining a clean and organized work station.
Producing a consistent and proper product during service.
Ensure consistency of product through recipes.
Possess a knowledge of the full menu.
Follow instruction from the management team to ensure targets are met with labor and food costs.
Compliance with food labeling and temperature controls.
The ideal candidate will:
Have Fine Dining Experience
Minimum 5 years hot line experience
Have previous experience working in a similar role.
Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Dedicated to upholding company standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $12.00 to $16.00 /hour
