MANAGERs ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
– Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs are followed and completed in a timely manner.
– To maintain high quality standards in our food and basic sanitary standards.
– To plan and organize daily work activities for employees and monitor performance.
-Exceptional customer service to be trained and enforced.
ASSISTANT MANAGER DUTIES:
• Train new employees following our training schedule
• Schedule emergencies (covering shifts including late nights)
• Assist Managaer with hands on operations ( coordinating deliveries, change for safe, cleanliness, etc)
•Pay: $13.00 p/h
•Schedule: 30-40hours a week
– 2+ years restaurant experience
– Leadership skills that focus on serving quality food and build an amazing guest service team.
– Strong organizational abilities and time-management
– Experience in high volume environments
– Experience Overseeing 15+ employees
– Reliable transportation and clean driving record
– Open availability
– Broad HR management, hiring and terminations
– Verify systems are followed through our check lists, manuals, and schedules.
– Coordinate and update schedule once a week and manage employees’ requests for time off.
– Send payroll the 1st and 16th of every month.
– Make sure everything is ready before PM rush. These include prep work, stations, dining area, and pizza display case.
– Enforce uniforms at all times.
