Restaurant Manager (St. Louis area)

Bandana’s Bar-B-Q is looking for Restaurant Managers. Someone who has Assistant Manager experience in a full service restaurant but is ready to learn a new concept as an Assistant Manager but be fast tracked to a General Manager position within 6-12 months. Promotion is based on a number of things; are you continuing to raise profit and sales? Are you developing your team? In this business, in order to move up with a company you have to be developing and training. Internal Promotion is key. And of course, anyone willing to relocate would be on that faster track for Promotion.

Bandana’s has been in business for 22 years. We currently have 24 corporate owned Restaurants, and we are located in 4 states. We began here in the St. Louis, and we are looking to expand. Most expansion will be out of the St. Louis area as we have saturated ourselves here. As we continue to grow, we want to make sure that we are continuing to maintain that consistency; Consistent in food quality, hospitality, cleanliness and safety and sanitation.

Our current main focus to keep our team strong and goal focused. The St. Louis market will be the main focus that our outside locations will look to for the correct advice and training needed in order to run a consistent and successful store in our outside markets.
