Busy French Ballard restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team. Ideal candidate must have the following

Has 3 years plus experience as a Sous Chef or Chef
Strong people skills
Cost of goods and labor control
Good attitude and drive
Creative and seasonally driven ideas
Butchering skills
Able to cook a station 4-5 days a week
