Dishwasher Wanted
Charles + Dinorah, a newly rebranded poolside restaurant within The Pearl Hotel in Point Loma, is looking to fill an immediate opening for a DISHWASHER.
Top candidates will possess have a strong work ethic and work well in a team environment
Nights and weekends availability required. Must be reliable. No call outs/no shows accepted.
Duties Include:
Washing all dishes – pots and pans, kitchen prep utensils, guest dishes, silverware
Restocking the line with clean plates
Cleaning and maintaining dish area and prep area
Sweep and mop kitchen area
Other cleaning duties in kitchen as assigned
Light prep work – shucking oysters, putting together cheese plate – chopping vegetables
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Ability to stand on feet for 8 hrs
