Entry Level – Aerospace Manufacturing (St. Louis, MO)

Manufacturing Company in Saint Louis, Missouri has several Entry Level Manufacturing openings.

Please read the following carefully. This outlines our application process in detail, as it is different than what you may expect. Our application process involves two steps.
Step 1 – The application packet. We will sort resumes from this posting, and determine who will come in to complete the application packet. This packet consists of mental exercises that mirror what your daily tasks would look like. These exercises pertain to your desired position. This packet can take 1-4 hours depending on the position and your own personal work pace. This is not an interview.*
Step 2 – If the results of your completed application packet meet the requirements for the skillset necessary for the position you applied for, you may be scheduled to come back for a face to face interview.

Qualification Requirements: We are looking to add a KEY PLAYER to our team with strong work ethic, respect, punctuality, strong attendance, and integrity.

Position Requirements: 2-3 years shop experience, or comparable education. Will train candidate without experience. Ability to learn detailed hand tools, assembly, and marking equipment, attention to detail, use of quality equipment such as calipers, mics, and radius gauges, ability to work overtime. Pride in workmanship!
