aether is the soon to open (Jan 2019) restaurant from Chef Scott Anderson and restaurateurs Fia Berisha and Stephen Distler of Mistral in King of Prussia, Princeton and Elements in Princeton.
We will offer a forward-thinking seafood menu with a raw bar. We are seeking experienced, like minded and committed employees to fill our vacant Line Cook & Oyster/Clam Shucker positions. The ideal candidate would be experienced with and passionate about food. We are seeking a strong staff who’s interest in food and growth are one in the same.
We are looking for:
-Follows direction ie: recipes, plating etc.
-Knife skills
-Strong work ethic
-At least two years of experience
– Professional and positive attitude
-Keeping a clean station and positively contributing to team cleaning
-Ability to recognize quality standards in purchased products
-Structure and organization(Station,Prep List and Prioritization)
-Ability to excel in a team environment
-Open availability preferred
