CRAFT COCKTAIL BARTENDER (Boston)

DrinkMaster is now hiring Bartending Instructors and Event Hosts. Flexible shifts are available weekdays, weeknights, weekend days or weekend nights. Locations in Boston and Framingham, MA.

Positions are available for the following classes/events:

CRAFT COCKTAIL CLASS:$30/hour
This is a 1 day 3-hour class with a 2-hour setup and a 1-hour breakdown. Looking for passionate bartenders who want to entertain and inspire others on how to build well balanced flavorful cocktails. The scene is relaxed and entertaining, with couples, singles, and friends, crowding around the bar for instruction and hands-on cocktail techniques.

The class includes real ingredients to demonstrate techniques to prepare simple syrups, house bitters, clear ice, liquor infusions, carbonated house ginger beer, appropriate garnishes, and fresh citrus. The appeal is a simple equation of hands-on learning, socializing and tasting. Everyone enjoys a few cocktail tastings, some appetizers and the opportunity to meet new people.

The setting is creative and inspiring, with Yarai mixing glasses, julep strainers, Coupe glasses, graters, squeezers, Hawthorne strainers, bar spoons, cutting boards, shakers and mixing glasses laid out around the bar.

The curriculum is solid and established. We can teach you specific recipes and general techniques. We are certainly expanding our offerings and welcome new concepts and subjects.

TEAM BUILDING EVENTS – COCKTAIL CLASS: $30/hour
Looking for charismatic instructors to host our entertaining and informative Cocktail making Team Building Events. This event is hosted in tandem with another host/instructor. Companies are looking for fun, unique and interactive activities for their team outings. This is a highly entertaining and curated event focused around making great cocktails, trivia and some casual hands-on techniques. Real cocktail tastings are provided with appetizers. Take a look at the TeamBuilding class description on our website. This is a 2 1/2 hour event with 1.5 hours of setup and 1 hour of breakdown.

JOB TRAINING COURSE:$20/hour
Looking for passionate bartenders who want to inspire others on how to be successful in the industry. This is our most popular job-training course. Classes are all hands-on with a creative and inspiring setting. Instructors demonstrate techniques and mechanics to build accurate classic and modern cocktails.
