High volume a la carte experience preferred. Join an experienced team of professionals and work under Chef’s that are classically trained and will teach you to better enhance your skills. Typical schedule is 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday – Saturday, and 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Sundays. So NO LATE NIGHTS. Rotational scheduling.
