We’re seeking experienced, reliable, full or part time line cooks, dishwashers and hosts to join our team!
This successful, well respected food and cocktail destination needs dependable, self-
motivated culinarians with a desire to learn. If you would like to grow your career by
working in a team-oriented, collaborative kitchen environment your hard work and
dedication will be rewarded.
We are instituting a tip-share policy in the next couple of weeks to add approximately $2 an hour to the kitchen staff. Lowest pay for dishwasher should be approx. $14/hr and $15/hr for line cooks. Pay will be based upon experience.
Necessary qualifications for Line Cook:
— At least two years high-volume line-cooking experience
— Familiarity with seasonal ingredients and hands-on, from-scratch cooking
— Advanced knife skills and saute grill, and fry-cooking techniques
— Excellent communication and organization skills
— Self-motivated, take responsibility attitude
— Team-oriented, no drama, professional work ethic
— Very punctual and reliable with good time management abilities
— Thorough knowledge of proper HACCP food handling and sanitation procedures
— Current health card or ServSafe certification
