New Restaurant-Need Cooks (San Diego)

We are opening a second location with full bar and full wait staff in Rancho Bernardo and are looking for full time experienced cooks to open a diverse menu.

Operate fryers and flat top griddle and stove top.
Maintaining a high level of excellence in accordance to Chicken Charlie’s standards.
Show leadership qualities and have a desire to learn.
Exhibit a strong work ethic during independent and team chores.

• 2-3 years of experience working in a high-volume kitchen.
• Must be on time and have reliable means of transportation.
• Must have an eye for detail and emphasize safety and cleanliness in all their work.
• Must have a desire to learn, with the ability to work under guidance but also work independently.
