Lead/Line Sushi Chef
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sushi Chef to join our growing team at Ozumo SF!
Min 5 year in a sushi chef position, nigiri, rolls, sashimi
• A minimum of 5 years in a sushi chef position.
• Must have strong knowledge and experience with preparing sushi, nigiri, and sashimi
• Must have experience with ordering and maintaining food costs.
• Must have the ability to manage all sushi staff.
• Must have excellent knife skills
• Must be flexible and a possess the ability to adapt to a stressful/changing atmosphere.
• Must have a valid state of California Food Handler’s Card.
• Must have the ability to take direction from all head chefs.
• Must adhere to food sanitation and food safety requirements.
• Experience with hot line food is a plus.
