In search of a prep person to start immediately, must be accurate on portions and finish in a timely manner.
Job includes slicing all deli meats for next day production, helping chef finish any of items on prep sheets, washing dishes an cleaning according to HACAAP regulations.
Scheduled work days are every Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. 5am – whenever prep is finished.
