Full time shifts only 40 + hours

Responsibilities and Duties:
Prep of items for cooking of sides and desserts, and meats, reading recipes, measuring of ingredients and cutting meat. No BBQ experience is needed
Cleaning of dishes, appliances, kitchen and serving line, we pride ourselves in keeping a clean environment
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Utilize safe and efficient and excellent knife skills
Communicate effectively with staff and customers, you must speak fluent english

Kitchen Helper Must Haves:

We’re looking for someone that takes pride in their work
Culinary experience with a desire to learn new things
The ability to be crossed trained in all areas of the kitchen and serving line
Be willing to perform other related duties as assigned such as cleaning and conversing with customers
Willingness to clean, follow directions and learn
The ability to write and speak English and follow recipes
A professional appearance and a positive attitude
You’ll need to have your own car (we are not located on a bus line and Ubers or shared rides will not be considered)
Verifiable professional references
The ability to pass a background and drug test

At least 1 yr. kitchen helper experience is needed
