Line Cooks, PT Host (Tin Fish Restaurant)

Highly regarded, Tin Fish, has an opening for full time and part time line cook. We are seeking candidates that have a passion for working with quality food products in a restaurant with a “Farm to Table” philosophy. We are a “scratch” operation with all products created in house. Skills including butchering of fish & meat products, sauces & dessert preparation are appreciated. Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen while practicing professional standards are required. We will train dedicated individuals to accomplish these skills. We are proud to state, our operation has spawned several individuals, that have progressed to Lead cook or Chef positions due to the knowledge that they have acquired, while employed at Tin Fish. We pay very competitive wages with all major holidays off. No late hours and a very considerate work environment. We also have a part time host position available.
