Burlingame opened in March 2016 and has established a strong reputation for fresh, seasonal, made-from-scratch food, professional service and a comfortable setting. Situated in the Fernandina Beach Historic District, we have expanded our space with the addition of a louvered pergola over our deck to enable outdoor dining year-round and obtained a full bar license.

Our aim at Burlingame is to deliver exceptional, composed dishes made from scratch using fresh ingredients coupled with unobtrusive service in a relaxed and charming setting. Burlingame is an exciting dining destination where we believe every guest should be able to have the experience THEY want when dining. Our beautifully renovated building provides the setting for casually elegant ambiance. The food, cocktails, wine and beers are extraordinary and the service is top notch yet informal. We recognize that our vision can only be realized through a team committed to delivering superior guest experiences. In addition to great passion for creating excellent cuisine and delivering superior guest experiences our staff must be reliable, trustworthy, able to follow instructions and desiring to succeed in a collaborative/ team environment. Specific experience requirements include:

Servers and Craft Bartenders:
• Experience in fine dining service is desired but NOT necessary for self-starting individuals with a genuine interest in excellent food, a passion for hospitality and a willingness and aptitude to learn.

Burlingame Restaurant is open for dinner service only Monday to Saturday and some Sundays on Holiday weekends. Compensation is competitive with local industry and commensurate with experience. We will pay well for people who fit our team well. Benefits vary by role and full/part-time status and include group medical coverage for qualifying team members, dining discounts, partial pay during off-season closures, participation in bonus plan, training & development program, and family meal.
