Medina Moroccan-Baja Kitchen is Hiring: All Positions (North Park San (NORTH PARK & UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS)

Medina is hiring for a North Park San Diego restaurant Front-of-House and Back-of House positions with potential for further advancement within the company.

Medina is a modern Moroccan – Baja Kitchen in San Diego. We are a counter service, “refined-fast casual” spot and are looking to build a team of great people who are positive, hard working and excited to build and grow with a relatively small restaurant.

Back of House (en la cocina hablamos espanol tambien) – Prep Cooks, Chef (morning and evening shifts):
Experience working in a kitchen, prep work, dishwashing, working on a kitchen team. The most important character traits for the job are a positive attitude, good communicator, good work ethic, reliability and being able to work well with others and also take direction and feedback.

Front of House (Register & Food Runner):
Experience serving customers, processing sales transactions, and expediting food in a busy cafe or restaurant would be ideal, but not 100% necessary. The most important character traits for the job are a positive attitude, good work ethic, reliability and an outgoing personality.

This is currently a part-time position (15-25 hours per week) with the potential for full-time and growth in the company for the right candidate. Must have availability on weekends.

Conversational in both English and Spanish would be a plus, but not a requirement.
