Summer Seasonal Houskeeping in Alaska (Denali Park, Alaska)

Are you looking for something different this summer? With our seasonal positions and cheap housing you could spend your summer saving and exploring in Denali National Park.

We run a small group of vacation rental cabins near Denali National Park. Positions Start May 15th and end September 15th. Housing is available at $6.50/day. Wages start at $11 per hour plus $3 per hour End of Season Bonus.

Job Duties

Arrive at work on time every day.

Clean cabins including: collecting outdoor and indoor trash, sweeping porch, sweeping and mopping tile floors, vacuuming carpet, changing bedding, cleaning windows, cleaning bathroom, polishing wood furniture, sanitizing all regularly touched areas, and restocking condiments.

Efficiently wash laundry by performing other duties during machine cycles.

Provide friendly and timely customer service when handling guest requests.

Maintain a clean and well-organized storage area.

Communicate with management about damages in cabins and supplies that are running low.

Job Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the USA.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to pass a background check.

1 year of experience in housekeeping or janitorial work.

Previous experience living in a group environment such as employee housing or dorms.

Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and written, with customers, coworkers, and management.

Ability to find tasks and work as a team to prioritize and complete work based on urgency.

Ability to provide excellent customer service consistently.
