Asst Kitchen Manager – A.M. shifts (Oak Park)

Breakfast/brunch/lunch cafe looking for an experienced line cook with a desire to manage day to day operations of our kitchen. Willing to train the right individual that has little or no management experience but has a great work ethic and excellent attitude.

– 2 years line cook experience
– breakfast & lunch experience preferred
– available 40 hours per week
– Thursday through Monday shifts approximately 7am-3:30PM
– works well as a team
– leads by example
– great organization skills
– follows FIFO standards
– holds or willing to obtain sanitation license
– follows established recipes
– positive attitude
– bilingual (Spanish & English)
