Baker/Pastry Cook & delivery driver (Chicago)

We are looking to hire a full time baker/pastry cook, as well as a part time delivery driver for our wholesale production bakery.

Baker: Hours are approximately 4pm-midnight. The kitchen is located in the Bridgeport neighborhood. You must be fluent in English. Ideal candidate has preferably at least:

• A certificate or degree in baking and pastry, or equivalent bakery production experience.
• Or if no certificate or degree, a workhorse work ethic, positive attitude, humble in learning and absorbing information, super quick learner, and all around good and honest personality. We will train you.

Delivery Driver: Hours are approximately 3:30am-8:30am, Monday-Friday. Vehicle is provided. Clean driving record required as well as friendly personality. Must be able to lift 50lbs and move quickly. More hours available as a packer if desired.
