Well your reading this just in time, because after a really awesome 5 years at Balboa Fishtown, we are expanding! Our brand new kitchen and unique 60 person dining room will be ready and open to the public sometime in early March.

We use only the highest quality ingredients, backed by thoughtful cooking.

We believe cooking should be an open dialog in the kitchen and are looking for people who know how to pivot around flavor and ingredients to achieve culinary magic. Our goal, at the end of the day, is to create not just food – but memories, driven by both food and overall experience.

5 Years “Fine Dining” experience highly recommended – Michelin starred experience is a plus.

We are looking for a self motivator.

Someone who really cares about their job, and has fun doing it.

This job will require you to work and/or run events in private clients homes, as well as offsite venues in addition to our inhouse 60 person dining room. You should be just as comfortable putting out a 9 course tasting menu for 10-20, as a high end 300 person wedding.

Pay is based on experience. Opportunities for bonus structures and profit sharing.

Both full time and part time applications will be considered. Hourly & Salaried positions can be offered depending on applicant’s needs.

Scheduling is very flexible but not consistent on a weekly basis – every weeks schedule will fluctuate with business demands.
