Cook/Kitchen Aide

• Follow the established policies and procedures of the dietetic service program.
• Follow and use the quality control procedures and mechanisms developed for the dietetic service program.
• Follow menus and recipes.
• Prepare and cook food for regular and special meals and functions requiring food service.
• Attend and participate in mandatory meetings such as Team meetings and All-Staff meetings.  Complete all mandatory training at hire and annually when due.    Follow all Sacred Heart policies and procedures, Corporate Compliance Plan and Code of Conduct.
• Perform other related duties as assigned bythe Team Leader.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Quantity cooking experience preferred but will train.
• Free from communicable diseases.
• Physically able to perform the tasks required for this position, including ability to tolerate extreme temperatures, lift, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time.
• Able to work various shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
• The ability to operate necessary computer hardware and software.
