Our Recipe:

We are an exciting new boutique cafe in the Avondale neighborhood . We are an all inclusive, creative, friendly, neighborly, safe and overall awesome shop. We strive to be the best therefore we need you.

Ingredients:

Love of coffee – You are a coffee enthusiac. But if not it’s fine, in which case you would enthusiastically learn about coffee. It’s all about the attitude.

Personality – You are outgoing and have an approachable demeanour. You constantly smile, have a positive outlook, and can make conversation with just about anyone. You practice empathy and are intuitive. You are always professional and well groomed. You generally make a good impression without even trying.

Work Ethics – You are a hard worker, a team player who works/plays well with others. You are considerate of your team and you carry your weight. You follow policies and procedures. You take pride in your work performance and have integrity.

You – We value and encourage creativity, individuality and expression while always conducting yourself as a professional and stay within guidelines. We are looking for great personalities with can do attitudes. We will provide the rest.

The Grind:

Rockstar
One for all and all for one. As a rockstar, will be part of an awesome, all inclusive, customer service focused, supportive team. You will be crossed train as we all work as one, and are expected to work any station assigned to us. You will be expected to comfortable describe our product to our clients and walk them through our vision and concept.

Must have Food Handler Certificate & Basset Certified as well . Experienced with latte art.
