Line Cook/ Vegan Restaurant (La Jolla)

Part time opportunity with full time option becoming available if right candidate is found. Must have kitchen experience & a passion to cook gourmet Vegan foods. Candidate will be joining a small hard working crew in a two year old beautiful establishment so this is a great opportunity to grow & be part of a grass roots small & evolving team. Candidate must be reliable, composed & posses the ability to work fast & efficiently. Initial duties would include keeping an organized kitchen, following recipes , setup at beginning & clean up at end of shift , produce inventory, menu design, cooking menu items effectively & plating foods.
