SERVERS (No Late Nights) (san carlos)

The San Carlos Elms is an upscale retirement living community. We are currently hiring Full Time and Part-Time Dining Room Servers. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. No experience necessary. Willingness to learn server skill and able to relate and understand seniors is necessary.

Dining Room Server

Job Duties:
– Meal set-up (Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner), creamers and butters, coffee, juice, mugs, silver, place-mats/tablecloths, and any other preparatory dining room needs
-Review Menu (Specials, Daily, Soup)
-Take orders from residents, deliver orders to residents, continue checking with residents to ensure complete satisfaction & service.
-Follow cleaning duties as assigned
-Clean dining throughout service, as well as to prepare for the next meal
-Other duties, functions and responsibilities may be assigned to the position, as San Carlos Elms believes appropriate and/or necessary.

You must be very reliable and at least 18yrs old and you are required to pass a Health screening & DOJ clearance. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Floating Holiday and Sick Pay.
