Hotel Night Clerks, Start ASAP (FT/PT) Coventry Inn 1901 Lombard St SF (marina / cow hollow)

Applicants do not have to be hotel experienced BUT must be customer service oriented, able to speak English (bi-lingual not necessary but a plus) and work over night hours (11pm-7am).

Able to follow instruction, learn and help maintain a quiet environment for our guest to rest in the wee hours of the morning supported by a security company during certain times and days of week. Have valid driver license.

Come to interview properly attired, NO jean, outlandish jewelry, etc or you will be turned away even with appointed interview!

Have support of an onsite manager who will back you. Must be punctual, honest, cooperative to do the following:

– Reservation Processing
– Customer Service
– Process Check-in and Check-out
– Write up housekeeping/maintenance requests
– Handling of payment transactions
– Data filing
– Other duties as required

Beside basic wage per hour, earn commissions from tours, shuttle and cabs
Medical benefits and paid sick leave hours (when achieved FT hours)
Paid vacation (after completion of 1 year of employment for FT employees: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years and 3 weeks after 5 years)
