Front Desk Agent – Full Time (Escondido)

Top hotel in Escondido seeking: Front Desk Associate Full Time 3pm-11pm 5 days/week

Escondido’s finest hotel is now hiring for the position of front desk agent. Must be able to work flexible shifts, including mornings and evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:
Hotel Experience Preferred
Customer service experience
Computer knowledge
Knowledge of local area

Duties:
Top-notch customer service
Checking in and out guests
Answering phones and booking reservations
Selling room types, upselling (earning commissions)
Email reservation confirmations
Cash handling
Responding to guest inquiries, by email, phone or in-person.
