INNKEEPER
The Historic Four is a collection of four West Marin properties that offer uniquely wonderful overnight accommodations. The innkeeper position is one that is centered around guest services and office work in support of them. The successful candidate will be someone with: strong interpersonal skills, ideally experience in the hospitality business and certainly life experience, a sense of humor, the desire to to make a difference in the quality of people’s lives, and the innate drive to do whatever they do well. There is the option of three to five shifts per week, either mornings, evenings or crossover. Starting pay for persons without experience in hospitality will be competitive with opening positions in most positions that require maturity; those with experience will be paid more at the outset and have opportunities for advancement.
