Established, centrally-located Watsonville Apartment
complex seeks an on-site manager. Part-time position
offers a salary, reduced-rent ($620) 1 BR apartment
and cell phone

Position is ideal for a student or someone with another job.
Experience is not required, we are will to consider someone
with good people skills and a positive attitude. Position is
not responsible for screening tenant applicants or collecting
rent which are done by the off-site property manager

Responsibilities of the position include;
– Interact as a key point of contact with tenants
– Keep property clean and free of debris
– Disposition requests for maintenance
– Observe property security
– Manage on-site laundry facility
– Identify issues that require the attention
of off-site property manager
