The restaurant is a family owned restaurant featuring seasonal farm to table tapas and entrees. We produce about 70 tons of grapes per year onsite and offer a fantastic event space in our barrel room. We have also been approved for a still onsite and will begin making cocktails.
The Position: General Manager
Qualifications: 4+ years full-service management experience, preferably with at least 2 years of General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience, strong understanding and experience with financials and controlling costs, experience with ordering and inventory, proficiency in wines, beers, a TEAM PLAYER attitude, and a love for food and the hospitality industry! The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, come from a scratch kitchen restaurant, and truly enjoy developing their team.
Compensation: Salary is $55-65k DOE for full time employment .
