Matriarch is looking for a host/runner. Experience level can be entry level, as we seek someone who has interest in training to develop as a server to fill in days off/vacation, potentially seeing this as an opportunity for growth with Matriarch & Alma Mater Tacoma.
Looking for open weekend availability
You are passionate about the care and connection you put into every guest you serve.
You know how to read your guests needs responsively.
You love working as a team and care about the contributions and accountability to build trust, get stuff done and have fun!
You are open to learning food and beverage product knowledge to share and promote to our guests.
Pay starts at 12 hourly plus % of nightly tips
