Calling all Coffee lovers: Monday thru Friday(no weekends) (Center City Philly)

Passero’s Coffee Roasters has an immediate opportunity for a lunch/afternoon counter person and barista. This position is for Monday-Friday, 11:30 – 6:30pm, (7 hours a day/35 hours a week).
YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORK WEEKENDS, NIGHTS OR HOLIDAYS!

This is a busy coffee shop and during lunch we are humming, so you will need to be a multi-taker and be able to handle long lines as a member of a tight team. Hustling is a constant part of this job. You will be joining a seasoned crew who provides exceptional, 5-star customer service.

We roast and serve Philly’s finest coffee. Most of our coffees are Organic/Fair-trade/Direct-trade and everything we serve is of the finest quality. Passero’s is a very stable company which respects and supports all of its staff. Our main focus is on making our customers happy and having them leave with a smile.

Your pay starts at $10.00 an hour but with tips you make closer to $12-$13 an hour.

Requirements:
“I can do it” attitude. Very dependable (EVERY DAY)!
Able to handle busy lines, multi task and smile all at the same time.
Knowledge of making espresso drinks (very helpful).
Serve Safe certificate (very helpful)
Great at working independently and as a team member
Lift at least 20lbs.
Quick and efficient
Clean and organized
Minimum 6 month commitment ,THIS IS NOT A SHORT TERM JOB!!
