Assistant Director of Dining Services (Amarillo)

We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services to join our growing family in Amarillo, Texas. Fresh Ideas Management is an, innovative food service company committed to bringing dynamic ideas, great food and outstanding service to our clients. The ideal Assistant Director candidate will possess the ability to effectively direct team members to accomplish goals of the operation and accountability for daily operational and administrative duties as assigned by the Director.

Responsibilities:
· In the absence of the Director, assume all responsibilities, duties, and authority
· Coordinate employee scheduling and personnel utilization to meet budgetary goals
· Coordinate the acquisition of the food and supplies
· Coordinate and assist in employee hiring, training, and orientation
· Ensure all policies and procedures are enforced and adhered too, providing resolutions when needed
· Manage subordinate employees and supervisory responsibilities within policies and procedures outlined
· Perform special studies as assigned, including preparation of written and/or verbal reports

Qualifications:
· Previous culinary training, education, experience, preferred
