The Restaurant Manager at Golden Corral Buffet & Grill has the chief responsibility of providing managerial assistance to the General Manager with minor sales volume and reasonably complex operations. Restaurant Managers also need to perform day to day supervision of non – management associates, assigning them the tasks for the day, directing the overall store level operation performance, train and develop Shift Leads and other team members. Restaurant Managers must also perform other responsibilities as ordered by the top management and must report directly to the General Manager as per the store’s requirements.
Golden Corral Buffet & Grill are looking for highly trained General Managers that are both performance and result oriented with at least four years experience as Restaurant Manager in full casual dining work environment. General Managers aspiring for a position at Golden Corral Buffet & Grill are also required to have comprehensive Culinary experience with the ability to supervise a fast paced, high volume work environment. Excellent leadership skills are also needed with capacity to evaluate, identify, motivate, and empower a team. Restaurant Managers must also exert all efforts to build sales and profits and above all, they must create a hundred percent customer friendly ambiance for an unforgettable dining experience for all clienteles of Golden Corral Buffet & Grill.
