Be a part of the restaurant team at Stella 34 Trattoria with a kitchen helmed by our Executive Chef who has run award-winning Italian kitchens in NY, cooked at Michelin-rated trattorias and pizzerias in Rome, Parma and Cattolica, Italy and received his Mastery of Italian Cuisine diploma from Alma-Scuola di Cucina Italia.  With sixth-floor views of the Empire State building and three wood-burning ovens, Stella 34 Trattoria is a modern trattoria and the dining star of Macy’s flagship store.

An immediate opportunity exists for proven restaurant professionals with the ability to maintain our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. We offer great opportunities to build and grow into restaurant professionals while maintaining friendly and enjoyable work environments.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Baking and Pastry Arts Degree
• 1-3 years proven experience in a similar operation or equivalent education and experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of current Baking and Pastry Trends, Italian preferred
• Availability to work weekends required
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills and have the ability to work a flexible schedule
