Experience is not as important as is: honesty, dependability, solid work ethic. We are a small team. We rely on each other. We would ideally like you to have a year of experience. Not necessary but ideal. Bartenders– you must absolutely have solid working knowledge of classic cocktails. I know they taught you in Bartending school that you’d be making a million dollars a year and it would take zero work. They lied to you. Bartending is hard. Really hard. But we will teach you stuff. It won’t happen overnight. It’s a commitment. It’s a lot of work. You will be a better human being for having paid your dues. Ok– enough said. We are pretty sure that you’ve read thru all of this.
