* * * International Restaurant Group Seeks Host / MAITRE’D * * * (Midtown)

The first U.S. restaurant by one of China’s most influential Michelin starred chef, located in the heart of midtown by Bryant Park, is seeking talented candidates for both the HOST and MAITRE’D positions.

The restaurant has both an a la carte dining room as well as a more formal dining room featuring tasting menus. We are seeking individuals who are interested in working in an upscale high-volume environment. Our goal is to build an opening team who have a strong passion for food, beverage and hospitality, paired with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a great restaurant.

Each candidate must possess the following:

-Passionate about providing an excellent guest service experience
-Consistently working to meet and exceed our guest’s expectations
-Loves a team environment
-Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
-Passion for food and beverage
-Ability to adapt easily in a high-volume environment
-Maintain a positive attitude at all times
-Enjoys having fun
