A fine dining and boutique wine shop in Auburn seeks a motivated and dedicated professional to join Chef Eric Alexander and his kitchen team. Utilizing the fresh bounty of Placer County and Northern California farms, Carpe Vino specializes in seasonal, refined cooking using classic and modern techniques. We seek a kitchen professional with these skills:
-minimum one year experience in fine dining or culinary degree
-kitchen is small. Cleanliness, organization, and safety are crucial
-passion for using seasonal, local, and sustainable ingredients
-must be available afternoons/nights Tuesday-Saturday
