Kasbah is currently looking for a part-time line cook. Must be available nights and weekends, and available to work as late as 3:30 am on the weekends. Kitchen experience preferred. Must be a fast-past, self reliable, team player. Further duties and requirements include but are not limited to:
Basic knife skills
Basic to difficult food prep ability
Ability to follow direction and recipes quickly
Flexibility with hours, may need to be on later than expected or sent home earlier
Follow restaurants standards of quality and service
Have a good attitude
Run the line with minimal support
Share the line with head chef
Ability to carry up to 50 lbs
Clean, refill and maintain line before, during and after shift.
