Mr Chow TriBeCa is a fine dining establishment based in TriBeCa. We are looking to hire a bartender who has a passion for hospitality and the heart in providing the best service to our clients.
Qualifications/Responsibilities are but not limited to:
– Must have BARTENDER position experience
– Experience in a fine dining, busy, and fast paced establishment
– Full knowledge of Point of Sale system
– Properly handle cash and other forms of payments
– Comprehensive knowledge of beverages, wines, spirits, cocktails
– Ensuring that all beverages are properly made to Mr Chow standards
– Ensuring food & health safety practices
– Daily prep work for garnishes, etc.
– Daily Stock and order requests
– Taking inventory of all liquors, wines, and bar items
– Grow a lasting relationship with new and regular clients
– Work as a team within the restaurant
– Maintain a clean and healthy work environment with all items and bar.
