Now Hiring Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers (2973 Crockett Street)

Terra Mediterranean in Fort Worth is hiring for full time dishwashers, line cooks and prep cooks. Looking to make a few hires ASAP. Please apply in person. This is a full time position, overtime hours regularly offered. Health insurance offered to those that qualify.

Line Cook
Reports to Manager. As a line cook, your primary responsibility is to prepare and cook the highest quality food consistently and efficiently to Terra Mediterranean recipes and standards. You must work with your team to meet target ticket times. You are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization & storage of your station. Line cooks will also perform other duties in the areas of food preparation, plating and garnishing of cooked and non-cooked items.

Prep Cook
Reports to Manager. As a prep cook, you are responsible for preparing the highest quality food consistently and efficiently. It is the prep cook’s responsibility to accurately and efficiently prepare and portion food products prior to service. You must work with your team to meet daily preparation goals and complete prep lists. You are also responsible for maintaining the organization & storage of all dry goods, items in the walk-in, and items in the freezer.

Dishwasher
Reports to Managers. As a dishwasher, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness & sanitation of all dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, food machines, etc. as well as the organization & storage of all items listed above. You are also responsible for maintaining the dishwashing machine and the dishwashing station.

These are full time positions, overtime is regularly offered. Looking to make hires ASAP.
