Parkside: Bread / Pastry Chef (west marin)

We are looking for bread/pastry bakers who are experienced, disciplined, curious, and determined.
We are a small bakery in Stinson Beach @ Parkside and are producing a variety of organic baked goods. The breads are naturally leavened, made with organic flours, and, in addition to being used for the restaurant, are sold at local markets in West Marin.
The bakery is a relatively small/hands on operation, but is well equipped and in a beautiful setting.
Breads: experience with high-hydration, naturally leavened doughs and a deck oven.
Pastry: experience with laminated products is valuable.
Candidates need to be comfortable lifting 50lb bags of flour, understand the importance of efficient, clean work,
and take pride in his or her work products, team & environment.
Pay is very competitive and based on experience.
